TSF provides tools and services to help you generate, organize, and publish professional content, including ideas and prompts tailored for LinkedIn. Our services may evolve over time.

Your Responsibilities

By using TSF, you agree to:

  • Use TSF for lawful purposes only.

  • Not misuse or attempt to harm TSF, its users, or its services.

  • Provide accurate information when required (e.g., signing up or connecting accounts)

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content generated through TSF before you share or publish it.

Payments & Subscriptions

TSF offers access to its services on a monthly or annual subscription basis. By subscribing:

  • You agree to pay the applicable fees, billed monthly in advance.

  • Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

  • You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at info@thinksparkflow.com.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification.

We use a third-party payment processor to handle transactions. By subscribing, you agree to their terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property

TSF owns the software, designs, and branding of the platform. You retain ownership of the content you create or upload, but you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide our services.

 

You may not copy, distribute, or modify TSF’s code, design, or functionality without permission.

Limitation of Liability

TSF is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use TSF.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSF and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Account Termination

TSF reserves the right to terminate accounts for violation of terms of service. Accounts that are cancelled will have access to their history and dashboard until the last day of the current subscription. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California.

Privacy

Your use of TSF is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using TSF, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or policies. When we do, we’ll post the updated Terms and update the "Effective Date." By continuing to use TSF, you agree to the updated Terms.
